Welcome to Aurajinn. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at aurajinn.com (the “Website”) and our Business Launchpad application at app.aurajinn.com (the “App”), together referred to as our “Services.” By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our Services.
1. Description of Services
Aurajinn provides educational content, resources, and tools for people building online businesses, including our Website’s blog and resource content and our App, a free interactive planning tool that guides users through the process of starting an online business.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
App accounts: Creating an account in the App requires an email address and password. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
Website accounts: The Website generally does not require an account to use. In limited cases, we may create a login for an invited guest content contributor to publish under a byline. This access is separate from App accounts and is granted at our discretion.
4. Free Service
Our Services are currently provided free of charge, and we do not process payments through the Website or App. If this changes, we will provide notice and update these Terms accordingly before any payment is required.
5. Acceptable Use
When using our Services, you agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user’s account
- Copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Services without our permission
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services
6. Your Content in the App
The App’s planning modules are designed for you to enter your own business plans, ideas, research, and notes. You retain full ownership of the content you create in the App. We do not claim ownership over your business ideas or plans, and we only use your content to provide and improve the App’s functionality for you, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
7. Our Content and Intellectual Property
Aside from content you create, all content, features, and functionality of the Services — including text, graphics, the App’s guided modules, and design — are owned by Aurajinn and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our permission.
8. Educational Content, Not Professional Advice
Our Services provide general educational and informational content about starting and running an online business. Nothing in the App or on the Website constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Every business situation is different, and you should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on information from our Services. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any content to your specific circumstances.
9. No Guarantee of Results
